After 14 days, your account enters a 2-day grace period in read-only mode. You can still view and export your data. After the grace period, the account is suspended until a plan is active. Your data is retained.

Yes. You can upgrade from the Data Architect plan to an Organisation plan at any time through the Billing page. The change takes effect immediately and is pro-rated for the current billing cycle.

New seats added to an Organisation plan are charged immediately, pro-rated for the remainder of the current billing period. Stripe handles this automatically.

Yes, always. Your catalog data can be exported as a full JSON file from the Account page at any time — including during the grace period after cancellation.

Yes. The Data Architect and Organisation plans both offer annual billing at a reduced rate equivalent to paying for 10 months instead of 12. Annual plans are billed upfront. Enterprise pricing is negotiated separately.
